For more puzzle game reviews, news and everything puzzle-related, follow Puzzle Lovers and check out our Steam group.the title and the screenshots speak for themselves: you have to create loops of different colors by switching pieces around. later on you get fixed but rotatable pieces and later still more fixed ones that you can change the color of. there are 100 regular levels and a level generator for nearly endless fun if you so desire.I found the difficulty of the 100 levels just right, not too easy but not tear-out-my-hair difficult, you can figure them out eventually, though puzzle progress is not saved if you leave a level. you can do them in any order though, all of them are unlocked from the get-go.the music's ok too but I thought the sound effects were a bit annoying. adding ambient rain sounds to the background was a neat idea though and there are separate volume sliders for all three. the only technical shortcoming on windows is that saves are stored in the registry instead of a separate file.loop is a simple but cool idea very well executed, it's highly recommended for puzzle fans.. Wonderful gem of a puzzle game.If you liked Hexcells, you'll like this game as well.. LOOP is the game for people who suffer from anxiety, an overly chaotic mind or stress.As someone who deals with too many voices in my head as well as just a bunch of noise, this game is brilliant and allowing the mind to just focus on fairly logical tasks. The aim of the game is to complete the loops by moving (and in some cases, rotating) tiles. It's something to take your time with and a game that is unlikely to cause any frustration.Definitely worth it if you're someone that needs help calming down.. Very solid puzzle game. I thought initially that 100 levels would be quick to burn through, but as of writing this review I haven't breached 30. You can see from the screenshots and trailers what kind of game this is, so if it looks like your kind of thing, you won't be disappointed.I will say that it's not terribly relaxing unless you turn SFX down to around 15-20% (from 100%)- but after I did that, no complaints at all, definitely worth the asking price.. Zen out of Zen - full marks! :P6 hours of game play - Lovely music and rain drops which are very calming along with enjoyable puzzles which slowly introduce different mechanics. I personally enjoyed it and it is great to chill out to.The extension of the randomly generated puzzles add far more content to this game as well.. A very nice puzzle game, lasting for a few hours. Fun puzzles that can get quite intricate, but not impossible to solve with (some help of) methodical approach. No timers, no move counts, and relaxing BGM make the boards feel a lot less like a challenge.Sadly, there are only 100 boards, with very limited variety of twists to boot. Nonetheless, good puzzle game, would recommend.. Loop is a wonderfully relaxing and fun puzzle game. From the soothing musical tones and peaceful designs of the loops, it's the perfect game to play at the end of a long day.I enjoy the variety of loops available, as well as the range in colour schemes. It's a well thought-out game that I've played a few times through. I would love to play more of it if I could.This is a great, calm game that I highly recommend to all puzzle-lovers, and to anyone needing a calm, soothing activity. It's brilliant.
